Filmmaker/Educator/Media Producer
As a documentary filmmaker and media producer, I hope to inspire environmental stewardship and social responsibility through the creation of engaging, educational, and ethical media. I care passionately about creating a just and peaceful world for people and animals.
Emma Dacol holds an MFA in Film and Electronic Media from American University and a BA in Biology from Goucher College. She is currently a media educator, adjunct professor, and freelance videographer/editor/producer. She was a 2022-2023 Film Fellow with Docs in Progress and is currently working on a documentary film about chinchillas.
